An electrical installation can bring a great many dangers with it. To reduce those to a minimum, the electrical installation has to meet the requirements of the AREI. Our inspector checks those during the electrical inspection.
When do I have to have an electrical installation inspected?
- When the home is sold.
- When the electrical installation is upgraded.
- On any significant change or extension of the electrical installation.
- Every 25 years.
- When a new installation is commissioned.
